The VNeID application is an application for the general public to access, complete and update information on population data, identification, and electronic authentication. It is intended for people who are residents of Vietnam and for people who are traveling in Vietnam.
The purpose of this application is to help the government to trace the people who are infected with the coronavirus, to help the people to get the COVID-19 vaccine, and to help the people to access the healthcare system.
How to access
There are two ways to access the application:
The first is to log in with the information that you have entered.
The second is to use the QR code that is on the card of the CCCD (Citizenship, Community, Culture, Development). The card is given to the people who are registered as a citizen of Vietnam. The QR code is scanned by the application and the information is entered.
After entering the information, a verification screen is displayed for a period of time and then the application is closed.
The information that is entered is saved and the user is informed of any change in the information that they have entered.
